Do you have to have the Firenock Jig to use his vanes or some other special glue or process?

I was told AV2 vanes can have a slight helical using a bitz berger, but I never tried it.. I've always used the Aero jig for Aero the Firenock vanes. The jigs are expensive, but very accurate and well made..
